Position for Muscle Testing
Muscle Testing

Muscle/Energy testing has
been around for more than 25 years. Dr. George
Goodheart, the first chiropractor to serve on the
Olympic medical committee, discovered the
connection between the strength of a muscle and a
stimulus (positive or negative) to the body. Energy
blockages or negative vibrations within the body
cause muscle weakness. Using the body's software
system in a computer-like way (specific questions
elicit strong or weak tests just like a computer
only understands two symbols, 0 and 1 or off and
on) the practitioner can determine what needs
fixing and how to fix it. The only limit seems to
be how imaginative you can get with the tool of
testing.
Once you understand that
the questioning device can be a finger touching
something wrong in the body (a fracture, a cut, a
muscle, an acupuncture point etc) or a hand holding
something that helps or hurts the body (like a
vitamin or a food/beverage) or you thinking about
touching or holding something, all you need to get
an answer to the question is a read-out device like
the screen on a computer to give you
answers.
The muscle strength of an
arm can be that screen. Hold your arm out in front
of you. Ask someone to press down on your wrist
while you think about, or touch with the other
hand, the object you are testing. If it tests
strong, you will be able to resist the pressure the
other person is putting on your wrist. If it tests
week, you won't be able to resist the pressure and
your arm will go down.
The above muscle test
required two people: A tester and someone to test.
When people figured out how to test themselves,
testing became a lot simpler. Using your fingers,
many self-tests have been developed.
The easiest one to learn is
making two circles with your thumbs and index
fingers. Interlock the two circles.
Thinking the word "yes",
try to pull the two circles apart gently. The
circles should stay intact and the circles
shouldn't unlock from each other. Think the word
"no" and retry pulling the circles apart. The
circles should break with less effort than the
"yes" test. This takes a bit of practice. A teacher
can work with you in person or, if he is intuitive,
can help you calibrate your yes and no
responses.
If you practice this twice
a day for 3 minutes a session, your testing skills
will improve rapidly.
What can you use this tool
for:
Anything that has a yes or
no answer becomes a testable subject.
As you become faster with
your testing, you can use it for deciding what you
choose and use during your day. Your clothes, your
foods and beverages, any purchase you are
considering, any choice can be checked to see if
the body is enhanced or diminished energy-wise by a
certain selection.
I probably test hundreds of
things during the day. The result is your health
and the energy of things around you becomes much
more elevated and positive.
And Law of Attraction
starts bringing you more of what you want when you
are vibrating at a high positive
frequency.
Have fun with your
testing
any testing is as good or better than
your just "using your best judgment" or your "best
guess".
