Use the Focus Wheel when you want to:

  • Open a window of possibility
  • Replace doubt with belief
  • Replace fear with faith
  • Raise your vibration incrementally

Sometimes, after we've clarified what we DO want in our life or business, we feel the tension of the distance between where we are right now and where we want to be. Doubts surface and we wonder if we can ever experience the "ideal business" or an "abundant life". The Focus Wheel helps us focus on what we already believe is possible. Since "like attracts like", one good-feeling possibility-thought will lead to another and another and another. Soon, you will be feeling excited about receiving your desire. Your words and your vibration will be clearing expecting that which you DO want.

Let's look at the Focus Wheel:

1. In the center of the Wheel is the declaritive statement: Law of Attraction is orchestrating all that I need to know, do or have so that I can easily attract_______________(write your desire).

2. In the 12 to 1 o'clock position, write something that you know is true in that segment.

Let's suppose you are in the business of providing Marketing and PR to small businesses. You might make a statement like, "Every day millions of people are looking for a new way to market their business."

Now ask yourself, "How does this thought feel?"  Does it feel good and true to you?  If so, leave it there. If it doesn't feel good and true, what do you need to change? You might change it so say, "Today there are thousands of people looking for someone to market their business."

3. If you feel resistance (uncomfortable, doubtful, afraid it isn't true for you) about something you've written, scratch it off or erase it and modify what you wrote until it does feel good.

4. Go all the way around the Focus Wheel, filling in each of the eight segments with fresh statements about your desire. Often, the last few segments are the most challenging to come up with. THEY ARE USUALLY THE MOST IMPORTANT! So don't leave any segments blank.

5. Click here for a sample of a Focus Wheel I wrote before moving to Victoria. This sample provides a VISUAL CLUE of how "resistance" can show up. My handwriting changed. In segment 4, I wrote a list of appliances that I imagined I would enjoy in my new living space. My rational mind did not know that most apartments in Victoria are 45-years old and the apartment I would rent did not have a diswasher or in-suite washer and dryer.

I left the specific appliances in that segment of my Focus Wheel, because I did not understand why I felt resistance. If I had erased it and said something more general, like " All my applicences are in good working condition" there would have been no resistance felt--because the statement would have been true and believable.

The rule is: if being specific about something (like the time-frame) causes resistance, make your statements more general. If being too general causes resistance, be more specific. Always ask yourself, "Does this feel good?" "Does this feel better?"

6. What do you do with the completed Focus Wheel? Again, if it feels good to keep it in view, or to read it over each day, then do so, to remind yourself of the truth. I prefer to put mine away in a file folder so that I don't create resistance about the details. After the objective has been met, I LOVE reading the Focus Wheel to see what percentage has been met. On average, 90-100% of what I've written becomes my living reality.
